You're paying for variety here. Most of the funds I'm assuming go to the new complex because the gym has A LOT of things it needs to be worked on. It's an old gym and a lot of the equipment and the complex is run down. Be it there is a lot of equipment and things to do for the price. The complex can get crazy as this place hosts tournaments. Overall a great gym to workout.
