The service is fine but if you ever want to pause don’t! They will bill you $15 monthly to pause even if they say otherwise. In our situation they left out there was any fee and before we paused our account.They will not let you cancel immediately. They claim they need a 30day notice. They won’t let you cancel over text. They also will not answer their phone even in between classes I have the call records to show our many attempts yet they continually do not answer their phone and will not cancel our membership over voicemail when they do not answer.

I have loved every class I’ve taken. I can tell I’m getting stronger, and overall feel better. I have back issues with a history of a majorly spine surgery, and I feel this type of exercise has helped strengthen my back muscles and core, and overall lessened my symptoms.

The staff at Pure Barre is wonderful! Some of the sweetest people I’ve met. Very encouraging and motivating. The classes are great! Highly recommend to everyone! Thanks for a great workout as always Angie!!

My PB experience was AMAZING! When you walk in the studio you can feel the encouragement from every person that was in the studio- From workers to members - it is an amazing atmosphere. My workout was amazing. My instructor took the time to help me improve my technique and to help ME. Highly recommend Pure Barre of Lubbock! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love Pure Barre! This has been a workout I enjoy consistently. All of the instructors are great. Caleshia’s reform class is my absolute favorite! Everyone is kind and welcoming and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. It’s been so nice to find a workout that is effective and enjoyable. All of the class formats are so good. Give it a try!

Went to the Classic class with Shelby. She’s such a wonderful instructor. I love her energy and how positive she is. My experience thus far at Pure Barre has been so awesome! Makes me want to keep going!

I love Pure Barre!! The workouts are good for any stage of life you are in at the time and can even be modified if need be! Everyone there is so nice, they are very easy to work with if something comes up, and it’s just one big family all around!! Any instructor you get is great!Thank you ladies for giving me the workout environment that I’ve always wanted!!
