Might be a good gym, but I’ll never know because they do bad business. Will not answer the phones, and there’s never anyone there to answer the door. I tried to join a snap fitness in Massachusetts like a month ago, and had the same exact issue. Trufit had no problem taking my money.

Went by to sign up for a membership. Door was locked. No staff available. Called the number, no answer. This might be a really great place, but they lost me as a customer. Evidently they don't need new members. Who knows?

I’ve been a member of Snap Fitness for about 3 years now. I love how clean it’s kept, staff is super friendly and helpful! Best gym in Lubbock in my opinion.

Great place to workout. Only reason I chosen to select a different gym was due to my change in location. Perfect place to have a good workout with all the latest equipments.

Truly enjoy working out at this location. the facilities are clean and well maintained. I do however, do like the lack of accountability for patrons. I have to pay for 2 memberships, but every night after 6pm, people start coming to work out, with only one key card and come in with 2, 3, and even 4 friends with them. I was told for a family account, every person needed to have their own key card, people are just sneaking in all their friends and family for free.

I didn’t know that personal trainers/employees were supposed to get mad at a smaller guy in my workout group over him staring blankly at the mirror..... if you decide to go there might as well keep your head down if you don’t want them to look for a reason to kick you out won’t go back

Employees have been mad dogging me and fellow workout partners during our workouts.Members are nice but employees seek reasons to kick you out if they do not like you.After 2 years of being a member.

Great place for a quiet gym workout! Feels like a private gym and is open 24 hours with your key card. Hottest gym in town! (Not in temperature)
