Stride is the place to be! They truly are accommodating to all levels of fitness and it doesn't take long before you become addicted to the classes and really enjoy going. I have seen so many positive differences in my running form, weightlifting form, and overall strength and endurance. So proud to be a member!

Stride is such a fun workout! You get a mix of cardio and strength during the combo and core classes and being on and off the tread makes class fly by! The music is great and the coaches are always encouraging! It is it's own little small community and so fun!

I have never been more in love with a gym in my life! I love the atmosphere, the other members, the coaches, and the staff are incredible! After a recent injury, members and staff from Stride would reach out to me regularly to check on my recovery and have been so encouraging throughout the whole process. Stride provides an appropriate workout for EVERYONE ranging from the most advanced athletes to those just starting their fitness journey! Whether you run, walk, go for the 50 lb dumbbells, or stick with the 5 lb, there is a place for you! Thank you Stride for being one of the best parts of my day! ❤️❤️❤️

I have loved working out at Stride these past few months. The music is always fun & upbeat. I love the different styles of classes as well. I am fourth months pregnant and still able to workout at stride, because they make everything so accommodating to whatever we are doing (I.e. running, lifting, core). I’m so glad I found Stride!

For over 25 years I focused on weight training and hardly did any cardio. As I got older and my metabolism began slowing down. I realized I needed to do something completely different to stay in physical shape. I’ve never been a runner but I absolutely love Stride. The dark room neon lights and energizing music collectively make Stride a uniquely fun place to work out. In addition to that the coaches enthusiasm and guidance in a group format push you to break barriers that never felt possible. I tell EVERYONE you need to try Stride and if you do you will love it and see amazing results.
