Welcoming studio with protected parking that gives peace of mind. Really the best place I've been to that just lets me let go of the world and practice. Every instructor is knowledgeable and accommodating.

An awesome (and locally owned) yoga studio! The classes are fun and definitely make you work up a sweat. It’s one of the few hot yoga studios in town so don’t miss out!

during the class i had a severe asthma attack, which is not the fault of the yoga studio. i had to leave abruptly so i could do multiple breathing treatments, which also meant i did not have time to gather my things and had to leave them there. after the class ended, my partner and i went back to get our things. we were very apologetic about leaving early. the instructor then told us, “well next time make sure to get your things so it doesn’t disrupt the class.” i found this to be very inappropriate and inconsiderate. i was having a medical emergency and did not have time to pack up my things. had i stayed and gathered my things, i would’ve had to call an ambulance, which would’ve been a major disruption to the class. as someone whose struggled with finding a yoga studio with a welcoming environment, this was a severely disappointing experience. we will not be coming back.
