Very family friendly. They focus on each individual person's needs and train them to be better each session.They have all levels of skill development and sparring opportunities.I highly recommend giving them a shot if you're looking for great exercise and personal improvement.

This is the place to get real results! The instructors are great and inclusive of all ages. They’ve got karate, kickboxing, fitness classes, and a parents night out program. Hands down the best in Lubbock!
