This gym was nice at first. But they have let hundreds and hundreds of people join which has led to a gym that is so overcrowded it is impossible to have a reasonable workout. When you cancel the membership which is monthly, they have a hidden fee of $99 dollars for breaking “contract”. I have never heard of a monthly gym membership having any cancelation fees.Greed has ruined this gym

I joined this gym hoping to sign up for personal training. I asked about the training costs prior to signing the contract and was told that it was not available. After I joined and had a meeting with a manager, it was then provided. The cost was ridiculous - more than double what other facilities charge. I'm now having to pay for 2 separate gym memberships because I've had to seek personal training elsewhere. There is a cancelation fee of $99 that they refuse to waive. I may have visited this gym a total of 3x in the last 6 months. It seems that whenever I go, the place is full of immature patrons. Alot of horseplay and just hanging out at the machines.Other than that, the gym is clean.

Nice place to work out, it's getting pretty popular. Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30 are pretty packed, but other than that at those times it's very good

1/31/22 EDIT…name in system is probably under Jakob not Jake. Overall poor experience. Customer service is terrible. Staff was on their phones more than interacting with the members. Gym is small compared to other facilities in the area. I would recommend going to one of the locally owned gyms in the area before here honestly. Only positive was when I did PT sessions that was good and no complaints there!

I started going to Workout Anytime mid January 2023. The gym is clean, everyone is friendly and there are lots of machines & equipment to use.I workout with a trainer (Bri) twice a week and am loving that! She encourages me and pushes me but is also careful not to over push so there have been no injuries. I have definitely been challenged though!

Great gym all around. Large assortment of equipment. Only gripe is that there is only 2 squat racks and 3 benches as well as only one set of each dumbbell weight. Besides those, it's a fantastic gym. The staff are all cool and it's really awesome to have personalized sessions as well as diet planning if you want. The body scan was very interesting as well and cool to have done. The member amenities are absolutely top notch. Both hydro massage beds are fantastic and the roller massage chair is to die for. Member suite is definitely the difference maker and makes the pretty low and affordable membership so worth it.

Just go somewhere without ridiculous contracts with fine prints designed to rip you off. I signed an agreement for personal training with the portion that is quite large and visible, 6 months of training, $280 a month, grand total $1680. Seemed clear cut to me, figured afterwards there would be a little rendezvous to discuss buying another 6 months. But what’s in the tiny portion of the print, after that 6 months they just keep withdrawing $280 WITHOUT prior notification. Despite me being out of town an entire month, they require you to come in and physically sign something to get them to stop. And the sessions don’t get “saved” for you. If you buy em, but can’t use em, you just lose em. I was ensured by two people in management that the money would be returned but it hasn’t happened, which is unfortunate, because in February I was gonna purchase more sessions when I had the time on my plate. And to cancel your membership, $90 dollar to do so. But luckily for me, The Heroes Home on Muarry Pl doesn’t bog you down with signing ridiculous contracts like you just joined an NFL team or something, neither does Kratos, in case anyone wants to feel like they are investing their money into themselves and not just waste it. Enjoy the $370 Workout Anytime, it’s the last bit of my money I’ll spend in this gym.
