Best gym in the area in my opinion! My wife and I love going in the mornings! Best part of are morning!

I enjoy the new equipment here. I just wished the scanner to get in was better, it doesn’t work well even when I have my card 6 inches away from it. Every time I’m here, It takes me 15-20 mins to try to scan.

DO NOT Waste your time here!!!!! This is the most disgusting, disrespectful place I've ever been! Went in to check the place out and one of the managers fat shamed me and made me feel embarrassed. (I know I have a weight problem, that's why I'm checking out gyms) The other manager was publicly chastising an employee using profane language even dropping multiple F Bombs loud enough for the whole place to hear. Not professional at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Updated review 6/5/22Might have been hasty to write my original review. We often lash out in anger first. Clearing my head over the last several weeks.Let me be real. The facility is super clean and top of the line equipment. They have tanning, massage, sauna, cardio, machines, free weights, showers, and a friendly staff. 100% the best gym in town. They offer 24hr access and have a huge classroom for floor work. They have kettle bells and TRX too. I really cannot say anything super negative about the facility.With that being said, I have a personal Pet peve about bugs. So the one negative thing I have to say about this facility is the scanner to get inside during after hours.Stood outside of facility trying to get in while mosquitoes ate me alive several summer nights. Found that scanner glass was dirty in comparison to all the indoor scanners. I immediately advised facility management 2 times and advised I could fix for free. This is what I do for a living, install security alarms and cameras. Low voltage cabling and smart home installs. Access while being bitten by bugs is an extreme Pet Peve of mine.I personally canceled my membership because of this one flaw. This is a pet peve of mine. I just hate bugs. I will be honest, when they fix the outdoor after hours scanner I will return to this facility.I have updated this to a 4 star facility and once the scanner gets fixed, I'll change it to a 5 star facility and return.Kindly,Adam

Really great gym! The management are top notch and willing to help with anything. Tons of space and options and not to mention the massage chair and red light therapy! If you're hesitant, just go in and get a tour and you'll see for yourself!

Great facility with new equipment. Only a couple benches and squat racks, but plenty of machines and dumbbells. Has a sauna, red room, and several massage chairs. It's only staffed certain hours of the week, but members have badge access 24/7.

The gym was fine at first and the lighting is A1…but it’s turned into a toxic community and not friendly towards anybody who has a passion for bodybuilding or powerlifting. I have a friend who’s getting into body building and he’ll sometimes take progress videos. When he does, he takes his shirt off for maybe 2 minutes max and the management is super rude to him about it. I’ve also heard management multiple times talking ill about employees and members to other members and that’s a major red flag. Biggest pet peeve is a gym that’s not lifter or body friendly because that’s literally the whole point of a gym. Decided to go back to my old gym because the toxicity was a bit much and very unnecessary.

My husband and I came and toured the gym and signed up immediately after! There is a wide variety of equipment for cardio and strength training. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a great environment to workout in. Very accommodating to everyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

LOVE this gym! I’m a newbie in the gym, but this place makes me feel comfortable and safe. It is clean, updated, and the staff are very nice and helpful! I also do personal training sessions with Amy and she is amazing! 10/10 recommend!

I joined before the place opened and have enjoyed it since. They have great equipment and facilities. I haven’t tried the red light therapy yet but I look forward to doing it. The water massage beds are awesome for recovery. There is a cardio machine that is apparently exclusive to this gym but it makes you feel like a surfer. Super fun!
