Best fitness has great group exercise classes that get me motivated to get the the gym in the morning. I especially like the Cycle Fusion classes that combine Spin with TRX!

As senior recovering from knee surgery, as I had doubts about my ability to participate fully in the gym environment. Do NOT wait another day to sign up. The instructors are helpful, responsive and truly care about your success. They have everything with great class, and a nutrition training. This is the BEST gym in the area! Highly recommend it.
