I am a black card member based in Malden gym, so usually visit this location during weekends. The front desk staff is super super nice and helpful, and I am not referring to a single person, I met at least three are same!

I have recognized the manager, and she makes sure this place is as clean as can be. Her work ethic reflects off her employees as they are constantly following in her foot steps and cleaning equipment and keeping everything orderly. I had initially cancelled my membership at this location because of how poorly maintained it used to be, I switched over to Crunch fitness. After going in there to cancel my membership , I was able to see the upgrades with machines and cleanliness of it all and decided to switch back! Love how organized and clean the entire gym is. Would highly recommend!

I'm a seasoned Gym-goer, but the instructions on the machines are enough information to do the exercises right. If you need help, there's always attendants that will help you out so your not confused.
