This studio and the community it brings together create the most effective, fun, friendly, and efficient workout experience I’ve ever experienced. The Tread classes are high intensity interval training mixing sprints with with an endless variety of cardio/weights/plyometrics/body weight exercises on the floor. It’s fast-paced, but everyone can adapt for what they need. Form involves hand weights and body weight exercises for a sustained burn and incredible toning. Kut is rigorous kickboxing, and I am excited to try the new Rip classes! Not to mention yoga…Teachers are experienced, motivating, and push us to challenge ourselves - but are also warm, funny, engaging, down-to-earth, and community-minded. This studio offers something for everyone. You will feel welcomed, meet new people, and find yourself working toward the best form of your life! #formfam

I absolutely LOVE this space. FORM 01945 is an amazing community to be a part of. Every class and teacher has a different but awesome vibe they bring. Modifications are offered for almost everything to make it a bit easier or to push yourself a little further. I am a stronger person in so many ways because of this community and the kick a*s (literally 😂) classes. HIGHLY recommend!!

I LOVE the FORM classes— they are effective, fun and taught by amazing teachers. Great music and a fantastic energy level in the class/community. After 40+ years on this planet, I can finally say that I have toned muscles, thanks to Kelly and her team. :)

Great workout, different exercises every time I go! Studio is beautiful, instructors have great energy, encouraging and fun. Over a period of time my strength has increased and my clothing size decreased :-) Plank you Form 01945

Kelly and the entire team at Form 01945 are the BEST! The classes are challenging but fun, the energy is always positive and friendly, and the entire community of people that attend are just nice to be around. If you have not attended a class and are in the north shore area- you have to try Form 01945! I personally take Tread most days but Form is an AMAZING workout too. You will not be disappointed.

Form has totally changed my approach to exercise. After class, I feel stronger, more present and clear headed. The instructors challenge you every class - the routines are constantly changing and they manage to work almost all muscle groups in an hour (or even 45 minutes…) For me, the community is the best part. I feel welcome, challenged, and motivated by every face in the room.

I am obsessed with Form01945 - an authentic, dynamic and impactful strength training fitness experience. I really look forward to going to these classes every week. The instructors have developed the coolest and most inspiring body and mind workout where there is never ever a dull moment and every class is always a little bit different.
