Planet Fitness

Lots of available equipments at a busy time. Some places have lots of wait times, and less weight times. Not this one. Was pleasantly surprised.

The customer service is very bad, the receptionist told me the first time the system is down after I actually entered all of my bank information, nevertheless he allowed me to go for the first time, given the fact I haven’t yet made a membership on this Branch, I decided to make a membership at Another planet fitness, after a few months I discovered the revere planet fitness is charging me beside the other PF without my acknowledgment( now two planet fitness are charging me), after I went and I explained that to them and they said sorry we can’t refund you, not only that, the manager is so rude, she did not consider my opinion when I explained that to her.

This particular Planet Fitness is immaculate and they make sure the air is goodAll machines are in good working condition and clean

Nice gym. I travel around a lot so I see a lot of different gyms. This was one of the better ones. Gets a little crowded at peak hours but really nice.

new racist policies if you don't have a black card for each member you can't access as a lone guest, I am the head of household I have recommended this to all my children and wife when I attended (I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN AND WHEN I REQUESTED TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE DIRECTLY WITHOUT ACCESS) they don't use plastic for savings but I give them my cell phone my data my time my gas.

Gym generates crowd and is normal. Planet fitness in Malden is terrible because of lack of space for obvious crowd. But this Planet fitness and the one in Medford feels little comfortable even in crowded situations due to a lot of space.Lots of parking here. Market basket and banks nearby. Very happening place to work out. My fav in Boston neighborhood.1. Planet fitness, revere2. Planet fitness, Medford100. Planet fitness, Malden (you feel suffocated here)

This location is always very clean. The employees there are very nice and always go out of their way to make sure you are ready to have your best workout.

I wish they had more than one machine on a lot of machines but pretty good otherwise. The staff is always up cleaning the machines. The staff is also very friendly.

Thank you Evelin or Erica (I don’t remember her name ) for being so kind and friendly. You gave me a wonderful experience today. I was humiliated at a planet fitness in Saugus today and I was ready to cancel my membership, but Evelin was so gentle that I changed my mind.

There’s nothing wrong with the gym, the equipment is fine and I’m sure most of the people that work there try to do their best.I just leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you cancel your membership and you notice it is still on your bank statement over a year later still taking money out. Claiming new ownership and not budging on a refund, if I could give you -5 I would.Honestly this is the way it is with all gyms, they’ll tell you it’s on you for not checking your statement, which would be fine if they’d meet me halfway. I pretty much wanted to set off the long alarm by dropping someone on their head but since I can’t do that without getting in trouble I’ll just write this review
