Great place to send ranging from children to adult to learn the skills and techniques of martial arts. Martial art is taught as well as black belt training. Membership does come with full uniform and equipment for class. Classes are 45 or 1hr long depending on you're training for. Sensi is fantastic with children.

We love it!!! I am glad we chose PMA when my boy decided he wanted to take karate lessons. Sensei Craig does an amazing job captivating and teaching the children. Thank you for your support with my son, to much appreciate it!!!

My son was not happy with his last karate dojo and was looking for a place. We are currently past year one at PMA and have not regretted the desicion. The staff and dojo are amazing and they really focus on everything positive!

My 5 year old Grandson has been coming here and he loves it. His listening skills and his self control have improved tremendously. The instructors look like they are having just as much fun as the students. I love watching all the kids smile in class and learn at the same time. My grandson told me he wants to keep coming for a long time

My son has developed self-confidence and discipline thanks to the PMA program. The classes are entertaining and with a lot of technique. Teachers are dedicated and have a very good curriculum system.

I can’t express how much we love the PMA in Swampscott! Our daughter’s confidence, self esteem, and focus has improved tremendously! Her school has also noticed the change in her patience and focus. Our daughter is happy and excited to go to class every single time. I can’t thank PMA enough for all that they do for our daughter and all the other kids!

My son absolutely loves karate at PMA! Sensei Craig is amazing with the kids! He really makes the kiddos focus and have fun! They learn so much weekly! My son loves it so much he wants his birthday party there! The facility is always well equipped and clean!

The Sensei here is amazing! He is excellent with the children, asking for appropriate behavior while being helpful and encouraging. Mike and Patrick address also great and set excellent examples for the younger children. PMA is awesome and my 11 year old son really loves it!
