This place has changed a lot I used to go here with my family but now it's so different my family got kicked out because we brought our kids and the lady up front was yelling at us to get out without explaining why we're getting kicked instead of going here I recommend going to Danvers it's so much better and you can bring your family

Horrible administration and management. A friend of us brought his daughter to watch us play and the poor kid was kicked out. In addition, we lost our right to have the field just because we didn’t know the rules they make as they please.

They are very rude and unprofessional. They canceled our weekly reservation twice without a notice. My friends and me went there from so many different places, some of which are an hour away, and they don’t bother to even give us a call ahead to let us know, OR even give us a reason to why they canceled our reservation. Beside the place is very dirty. Not sure how the town have such place with this much filth open.

When I thought this may great place and rent filed on early weekends morning. The girl who is on charge give us attitude turn off the lights 5 min before finishing time and screaming to get out calming variably that she is the Boss.... !!!! I couldn't believe this the place we been attending 14 yrs

Great facility with extremely poor management. The management is unprofessional and provide poor customer service. They are already loosing customers and this mindset must change if they are to maintain existing customers.Note: you will find the good reviews go before 2019

Horrible manager and management. Extremely lacking in respect and customer service, let alone common decency and sense.Facility was happy to take our money all summer without ever turning Air Conditioning on. As soon as fall arrived , manager point blank refused to let us play at all because we cancelled only 1 appointment and cancelled it way in advance and sent him a cancellation in writing as well as called him over the phone to apologize.FYI, we played there twice a week for almost a year, and the manager still treated us this way, so you can imagine how he would behave with even newer customers.Manager has been consistently rude , grumpy, and crass pretty much everytime I had to deal with him.I highly recommend NOT to go there...Many other establishments that treat paying clients with respect, let alone turn on the AC so clients can have reasonable experience.Stay away from this location and this manager.

Great place for all levels of athletes, or anyone who is just looking to get fit and healthy. Clean, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. No long waits for equipment, affordable, with a large clientele of long time members. I my self have been a consistent member since I was 16 and I still see a lot of the same people to this day. I highly recommend this gym..

Poor Customer Service, Shady business practices!I have been trying to cancel my memebership for 4 months now! I called & I was told they would make note of it but I needed to contact the Manager. I called and he seems to never be there, I went in several times and was told I was allset in January. I emailed the manager and finally got a response in February apologized for still being charged in February and it would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed for any charges. March charged again! No response to my emails or calls. Had to cancel any payment to them thru my bank, forced to file a formal complaint with the BBB since I am not getting responses, stop payments or any credits... Crazy and Shady business practices!

I love everything about this place. They have an extremely helpful and friendly staff as well amazing pricing. This is by far the best vaule for a gym I've come across.
