Highly recommend Tread Tabata in Beverly.I’ve been taking classes for a couple of years now and it’s the first studio to really help me stay consistent. The instructors are all so great at what they do, you can feel the energy when you walk in the doors, and I always leave feeling strong and ready to take on the day. A wonderful community to be part of!

Tread Tabata is the best fitness studio/gym I’ve ever been part of. 30 or 45 min classes where I sweat and build strength. Music and teachers’ passion are infectious. Community is welcoming and all levels. I now go 5+ times a week since I can’t get enough. I recommend giving it s try.

At some point I realized it was time to get in shape and lose significant weight. I did personal training with Kathy at Tread Tabata numerous times a week at 5am.I hadn’t worked out in years. I was overweight and out of shape.Kathy and her Tread Tabata classes made me fall in love with exercise again and myself.I lost 100 lbs and got in the best shape of my life. I fell in love with the classs, the workout and made a great friend and supporter in Kathy as well.I eventually stopped training and took the classes often every day (even doubles!).It’s a fantastic full body workout that I can do in a short amount of time. As a very busy working mom, the great workout, in a short time with a super supportive environment around me is exactly what I need!

Tread Tabata is by far my favorite workout! Always high energy, amazing music and the workout itself flies by. You get a great workout in 45 mins. The instructors are fantastic, well trained and enthusiastic! Highly recommend it!

Tread tabata is a great studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and very welcoming! Don’t be intimated to try the classes if you aren’t a runner, modifications are always offered. There are clients of all different ages and levels, sometimes I choose to walk on the treadmill! You will get an amazing head to toe workout in 45 minutes! Every class is different and the energy is always upbeat and positive! Tread tabata is a must try!

Tread Tabata is such a great workout. I went to the Beverly location and I was a little nervous, as I did not know what to expect. The instructor was excellent. She gave modifications for all exercises and I felt so welcomed. The class flew by and I got a complete full-body workout with cardio and strength, all in 45-minutes. I can’t wait to go back!

I love the Tread Tabata classes! The studio has a nice intimate feel, the classes go by really quickly and are such an amazing workout. I have noticed a big change in my body since incorporating Tread Tabata into my workout routine. You can go at your own pace to get a workout that’s perfect for you! Highly recommend!
