Vital Cycle is not just a studio, it's a community. Even though your there for individual results, they encourage us to work as a team and it just makes the workout that much more satisfying. Vital Cycle not only offers spinning, they combine multiple cardio workouts to achieve the best results. The staff is amazing and classes are convenient. A+++

I have been going to Vital since they opened. I have been to many cycle studios and I can honestly say that Vital ranks the highest for the following reasons. The best work out as there is a monitor on the bike and shows what you are doing and after a workout, you get an email about your stats. You can set yourself up for your personal best at every class as you know exactly how you are doing and not estimating your work out. A nice added feature is their online system sets you up with your own personal profile .The teachers are absolutely amazing and they coach you to give it your all.When you get there your bike is all set up for you and during class the teachers come around and check on you and make sure you have plenty of waterI am a clean freak about studios and this studio is hands down the cleanest spin studio around. They wash the floors after every class and a double wipe down of the bikes as well. Bikes are constantly getting monitored for their effectiveness. The owners are there to help you out with anything. Lastely I went there not knowing anyone. However that all changed pretty fast because everyone there is so friendly. The price is beyond reasonable and I am just so pleased to have found Vital Cycle

I absolutely LOVE Vital Cycle! Kevin and Nancy are wonderful and accommodating. The classes are fun, exciting and effective with wonderfully, passionate instructors who enjoy teaching. The classes are plenty and numerous, , so you'll always be able to work them into your schedule. I've been to numerous gyms and studios and Vital Cycle is by far the best I've ever had the pleasure of being a member of. They do a lot for charity, which just shows what kind of generous, kind hearted people they are. AND!! To top it off, their fabulous, adorable dog Gracie, is there to welcome us into the studio!! I really do love this place!!!

I've been spinning for close to 10 years - at Vital Cycle for the past 5 months. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They have the best instructors, terrific owners. I show up with my water bottle and SPIN! Your bike is setup for you before you arrive with a towel. If you run out of water - they have got you covered. The prices are competitive with any other place I've been. The statistics you receive after each class is what takes Vital Cycle to another level.

I have been attending vital cycle now for over a year. Not only do the owners take customer feedback and requests into consideration, but they also have convenient times and have added classes that work for riders and their work schedules. I leave vital cycle feeling like I have gotten the best possible high intensity workout, because the instructors are well trained and can accomodate all fitness levels, whether it be beginners or advanced.

I love spinning and Vital Cycle is the best spin studio around!! I love their system that allows you to keep track of your progress and allows a little friendly competition during each ride. The instructors are all amazing, they always get the best out of me every ride and they have awesome soundtracks to keep you motivated. The owners who are also great spin instructors keep a clean comfortable and welcoming spin studio with great riders. I've met lots of great people here and get an awesome workout each week.

Wow! Everything is brand new! These are top of the line spinning bikes with all sorts of progress and results tracking. Nicely decorated studio and the instructor was awesome. Easy location too. I'll be back!
