Customer service is not good. Only a couple of the front desk workers are actually respectful and know what they are doing.

Very dirty. It seems as if they don't take the time to clean the stretching area or their machines at all. The mirrors are always very filthy as well. The equipment, weights, stretching matts are all very ran through and are in need of an upgrade. The owner should take pride in this gym and put some money into it.

Great gym equipment, lots of parking, and open 24 hours during the week. Prices are reasonable, and gym owners are always there to help with any questions or concerns.

Terrible customer service. Gym was closed due to Covid and they told me that I can freeze my membership but when I went back they kicked me out because they unfroze my account while I was in another state for school. I paid upfront for 6 months for it to have been wasted. There was a cleaning station but no regulation on wiping equipment down, but obviously the owner can find me an hour into my workout to kick me out instead of maintaining gym etiquette. The equipment was nice, though, for the price there should be more equipment available since the equipment you're looking for was most likely already taken/unavailable.

Worst gym I ever sign up to. Equipment is very old, out of service. Very small gym no space to work out. Parking lot very small and sketchy. No parking during the day. Front desk staff just sit there and let random ppl walk in without asking if they are members. I litterly saw a guy walk in without scanning a barcode.

Friendly staff, prob the only gym in the LA area that people re-rack their weights in the proper place. Little tight on space, no steam room, but for what it is I think they are doing a good job, and I never regret purchasing a gym membership with them. A great value on what they charge in comparison to the rest of the areas around.

Pretty sick gym for bodybuilders. The lighting emphasizes the muscles, great for that extra pump during your workouts. The temperature is not too cold but not too warm; this is super important for getting to your working sets. Lots of gym equipment, again mainly catered to body building. There is a lot for power lifters as well. I would say if you’re into functional training this gym isn’t suited for that type of training. Also there are a lot of really nice lifters. The only “negative” (in quotations because it’s not really a negatives, it’s just something I wish they had instead) is that some of the machines are hoist which I personally hate. I’d rather they have the free weight type of isolation machines. It’s odd because they have some, for example the shoulder press machine, but not for incline press.

Terrible customer service. Gym is obviously closed due to Covid and they have refused to contact me. I've reached out twice and they've ignored me twice. I paid upfront for 2 years and wanted a partial refund for the unused time. Seems reasonable to me. I don't imagine the monthy users are still paying for their subscription, why should I be punished?Gym is packed whenever it was open anyway. Way too crowded to do anything. Have to constantly do laps until the benches or single pullup/dip station are free. They are also NOT 24/7. They are 24/4. Friday they close at midnight, saturday/sunday they close super early, like 6pm/7pm. Yet they charge 24 hour gym prices.Would not recommend.
