I just wanted to purchase a water but the young lady at the desk was rude. Did not say 1 word to me as I went thru the process of figuring out when to insert my card(normally a person will say “okay that’s 1 dollar” or “that’ll be a dollar” or literally anything). and as I stared at the machine doing nothing with my card in it, I glanced at the young lady and she just looked like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her if she was going to say anything or guide me thru the purchase. I think we’d both still be standing there with my card in the machine doing nothing had I not said anything to her. Planet fitness customer service huh lol

Blonde hair girl rude an doesn't clean the machine after she used she was on can't be respectful to people thought place was clean she needs to practice an be a example for good rules to follow. Won't be back
