I’ve been going here since January, I switch between cottage grove and this location every now and then. I love going every day! but I do prefer this location, it’s closer to me, the staff here is friendly and the gym is clean. Great gym!

Solid gym and equipment. Not very busy so that’s a huge plus. Everything is very clean and staff is friendly. They could use some updated equipment but it’s still very nice and works well.

Buyer beware: It is very easy to join and become a member. But when your circumstances change or you simply want to cancel your membership you need to call or e-mail them. You leave a voicemail message (and nobody calls you back) and via e-mail they do not respond. It is clearly part of their model to keep you a member. Disappointing business practices.
