Today's hot yoga class with Kerry was electrifying :) The harmony of a sequence yoga class is so great for the mind, body and soul! Thank you Kerry for connecting all of us in class and thank you to all who attended class today. IFY is one of the best parts of my day! Namaste

Inner Fire is just as great today as it was when I attended 15 years ago, plus it has this lovely new location. I truly appreciated the free class offerings on Sunday as I was able to take advantage while I was in town on business. Thanks Inner Fire, you are a class act!!❤️

Excellent experience for my first time! Burned 500 calories in Power 60 and the instructor was so kind and helpful as I am a novice to yoga!

I did not like my experience in this studio. The experience was firstly not physically/mentally challenging enough for me (I have been doing yoga for 10 years and like an active yoga). The community has a low self esteem - they are easily threatened by younger people and new ideas. Many of their teachers are higher up in age and don't appreciate the ability of a younger person, especially Sandy. Otherwise they cater to people of low self esteem and if you have a lot to add, they undermine you just to make everyone else feel better about themselves, particularly during teacher training. They really undermined my confidence in the time that I practiced with them. It was even noticeable to my yoga peers of many years! The owner is nice but she is extremely concerned with her business- to the point of misreading her own policy and trying to take more money than she is owed- and that can really undermine the immaterial experience one seeks when one is interested in yoga. The yoga is extremely watered down, based on my experience. I am sorry if this offends anyone but as a traveler- this yoga is extremely white washed and is seriously lacking in cultural immersion and diversity.I would not recommend - you can get a better experience online with another studio who is more serious about their yoga.Sorry, InnerFire.

I have been practicing yoga at this location since their opening day. The community here is incredibly welcoming, whether you're new to yoga or transitioning from another studio. I love that the studio started requiring proof of COVID vaccination for classes when they returned to in-person in 2021. I highly recommend checking Inner Fire out if you're wanting to develop your yoga practice. You deserve to invest in your wellbeing!
