Came in for my powerlifting sessions for two days while traveling to Madison. Beautiful gym, clean, has all of the equipment you could need and more. The owner and the trainers were extremely helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a gym in Madison this is the one!!

This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. TONS of equipment selection and great music! The people are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and even if you’re just visiting, you will feel a sense of strong community. THE BEST VIBES!!

I’ve never been to a gym that is full of everyone celebrating one another and a staff that is geniunely invested in their members. Every trainer offers so many different styles of training, utilizing various equipment and techniques to match an individual’s goals. I’ve personally seen so many people gain strength and confidence, including myself. The monthly membership price is extremely affordable and the variety of equipment is amazing! Although I do not do formal training sessions, every trainer is there to help answer questions, when needed. I have gotten amazing tips from Del Bauer about changing the angle on my shoulder press that has dramatically improved my results and proper stance on the belt squat to use my glutes more than my hamstrings. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and those tips has made a HUGE difference! This place is one-of-a-kind!
