Highly recommend checking this gym out. Super convenient location, 24 hour access, no contracts, and fairly priced. They have such a great selection of equipment and the personal trainers are top notch people. The atmosphere is fantastic and it certainly feels like everyone is welcome at The HQ.

Truly a different experience. The most welcoming and open environment you will find in a gym. From trainers to patrons there is no other community like it. You will be supported no matter your starting place, experience, and goals. We also know how to have fun! It's my happy place!

This gym has the best of everything! Amazing coaching staff and atmosphere, along with the fantastic variety of equipment. Best vibe out of any gym I have ever been too hands down.

The HQ Madison has by far the best gym environment in the area. From the trainers to the members you will feel supported in your goals from all angles. Truly the hardest working and kindest people who will make you feel loved and supported the minute you walk through the door!

When I chose the HQ for training I had no idea the impact it would make on my life. I train with Kelly who is so incredibly kind and supportive and through working with her at the HQ, I have met all of the other trainers and people that workout there… and let me tell you… they are the best! I have never entered a gym with a more welcoming environment. Josh, the owner, is always around and always happy to see you. I have made more new friends in the last year just from this gym. I am so grateful I found this place! I look forward to every day I get to step foot in this gym!! ❤️🔥💪
