This is a wonderful gym particularly if you are an older adult. The instructors are well trained to help senior citizens. My favorite part is the atmosphere - everyone, from instructors to members, is very supportive. It really is a no judgement zone. If you are looking for more exercise, give the Transformation Center a try.

The Transformation Center has been my savior health-wise for the past 7 years! I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the trainers I have had over these years. Workouts are fun and challenging, the community of members is supportive, and the trainers are so attentive - always watching form to keep me working out injury free and to my potential. I am in my mid-60's and feeling strong and healthy thanks to this great community of trainers and clients!!

I have been going to the Transformation Center for many years .... too many to count! I love the trainers, they are so professional and most certainly want you to succeed. I also love the community feeling the Transformation Center creates ... helps with accountability, for sticking with it, which I need. I have made great friends since joining TC. I also enjoy that we workout in small groups so the trainer knows each of our limits and when to push us to the next level. I highly recommend the TC, I will never work out anywhere else. The people at the Transformation Center are passionate about health and fitness and it shows. This is a caring, connected community where everyone matters. During this difficult time of isolation during the global pandemic, I appreciate this community more than ever. Brent keeps Zoom workouts fun and upbeat, and my fellow classmates hold each other accountable. I highly recommend!

Staff always nice and friendly. The trainer is always helping and focussing in everyone, because the bootcamp are smaller groups not like other places. Trainers modifies the exercises depends on your needs.

When they say come as you are, that is exactly what they mean. My husband and I both come and we are so much stronger and feel better than we have in an long time. The workouts are great and the community is better. Come as you are and feel better every day.

I love the fact that we're in smaller groups with alot of instruction and communucation with your trainer! I also love that you actually get to know the people you're working out with! It's not your normal gym...it's a community of people that are their for the same reason. Most of us are all over weight, have a few pounds to lose and want to build a healthier "me". There's lot of encouragement from not only your trainer but the group you work out with. 💞🤗

I have been a client at the Transformation Center for a year and a half now. I came because I wasn't having any luck losing weight or being healthier about my eating on my own. I joined the Killer Kurves (K2) program and the difference in my level of fitness is crazy! I haven't lost much weight, but I have lost a couple of inches, I'm eating healthier, feeling happier and generally stronger and more comfortable in my body, and I've made great friends to help continue to push me to be the best version of me. In the end, the weight doesn't matter nearly as much as the confidence and comfort I've gained.

I am shocked to discover that I really love the Transformation Center. I like being sedentary but turning 70 made me put down my book and make fitness a priority. I have learned so much from Brent in Fit Over Fifty and am amazed that I can actually do it, with his help. I notice a significant change in my balance, strength, and endurance. And, it is actually fun. Really!

I’ve been a member for 4 years. When I started, I had a health / life issues that kept me out of the gym for many years. When I started, I couldn’t do a push-up. The trainers are wonderful with modifications and encouragement.Today I’ve gotten my own training certificate and I sub for the regular trainers as a way to pay it forward. I’ve lost nearly 50 lbs and kept it off. But more than that, I got “me” back and have made healthy living a regular part of my life.
