I have been going to Hotworx in Bedford for close to a year now. I have chronic back pain, and keeping my core strong is the best medicine! However, in the past I found myself in tears of frustration at standard gym classes because moving through the exercises and machines caused so much pain. The infrared sauna loosens everything up during my workouts now and I find myself in a much better place while moving through my exercises. I am slowly building my core strength again! Thank you Hotworx! PS: The staff is fantastic as well!!!!

I can't say enough about this facility! Clean, organized, and some of the best staff I've had welcome me to a gym facility. I came across HOTWORX as I was looking for an infrared sauna and I am SO glad I ended up here. In 2019 I had substantial facial reconstruction after a ski accident (LeFort III fracture). I did physical therapy for about a year focusing on my jaw and had reached a plateau. Within my first HOT ISO session I experienced the most relief of tension in my face since the accident. I was truly amazed. The fact I get that benefit plus an efficient workout I really couldn't ask for better! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with musculoskeletal/neurologic pain as its a way to get your body moving at your own pace in an environment that adds comfort and healing.

I found HOTWORX on Instagram and had never heard of them prior to then, I immediately signed up for a free class and went in two days later for the hot core class. I was amazed right from my first step in the door with how nice the staff was and how clean it was! It’s my first week and I’ve taken 3 classes, getting used to the heat takes some time but it is so worth it. Your body truly feels amazing after and it feels like all your worries have just disappeared! I’m so excited to see my results over time!

This place is amazing. I originally signed up thinking I would want to keep my other gym membership as well, but I’ve come to realize I don’t even need my other gym membership I can do everything I need to here. Great workout and amazing service! So convenient, open 24/7 and always giving samples of electrolytes and nutritious snacks. After a long day at work, it’s a good mood booster and good for the body at the same time! Highly recommend!

Love HotWorx! Great service and love the 24/7 access. Workouts are challenging (OR you are encouraged to go at your best pace, utilizing any modifications suggested) and I love the variety of workout options.

I just found HOTWORX and am already in LOVE! They automatically made me feel so welcome and gave me such an inclusive tour. They answered all my questions and helped me pick out some awesome workout gear to get me started! If you’re new and looking for something different, this is perfect as all the workouts are with a virtual instructors to help guide you as you go. I highly recommend and cannot wait to try all the workouts!
