HOTWORX-Bedford NH Yoga Studio

I just started a membership this week and I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and nice! Workouts are fast but certainly effective! I was surprised to see the weight room in the back that has all the free weights and equipment I use at the gym! Very quick and easy way to workout if you have a busy schedule! absolutely worth the money and the environment is wonderful! Only three people max per sauna which I love because it’s not crowded. Lots of fun challenges and giveaways all the time as well which I love!

I’ve been at Hotworx for about two months now and I go everyday! I love the gym, the workouts they offer, and the amazing staff really makes the experience even more enjoyable. Would recommend to everyone!

I have been a member since Jan 2021… never have I been to such a motivating and inspiring place! I have lost 30 lbs and feel incredible! I am almost never sore because the heat helps you recover so fast! Love Hotworx!

I was very hesitant - as the heat aspect of this scared me. BUT - I can’t say enough good things about Hotworx Bedford! The staff are SO supportive, kind, and personable. I feel so comfortable here - something I haven’t felt before in a gym environment. I am sleeping better, less anxious, and growing in my fitness journey!

Workouts U actually enjoy! And great reward programs that are really motivating. In the 3 months since joining, I can see the results and have earned $75 in merch and was a challenge raffle winner!

I love Hotworx Bedford. First I love the sessions from the yoga to barre to the hiit sessions and now super enjoy the weight training in the fx zone. It’s such a clean and friendly place. I have gotten so much stronger since joining. My friend and I go about 5 nights a week. We love all the sessions. I had a pretty bad sprained ankle and the infared sauna really helped the recovery where before it was just always swollen and uncomfortable. Totally recommend trying it out.

I love the convenience of scheduling, the quality and variety of classes, and the cleanliness of the facility. I recently broke my foot and the sauna workouts have been the only thing that I can do for exercise and that also helps with my recovery. So grateful for this place!

I have never felt compelled to write a review until I joined Hotworx in Bedford, NH. The owners and staff are amazing. They keep the place impecably clean and have created a very personable atmosphere for their members. The workout programs are available 24/7 and very customizable for every level of fitness. I wish I had started working out here years ago. It's extremely motivating and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for something new and unique.

Been a member here since August of 2021.. I am currently down 26 pounds. The work outs are amazing. You leave feeling so good and you know you got an amazing workout. Everyone there from the owners to the staff to the other members are all incredible!!!! I’ve never loved going to a gym until now!!!!

Just started at Hotworx and love how friendly and welcoming everyone has been so far! The workouts are nice as you can stack them if you want or get in for a good quick workout and feel really good when you leave. The I had no idea about the FX zone and now this is the only gym membership I need! Excited to take more classes here!
