The Training Station has not only helped me build confidence in myself , it has helped my son as well. It has helped us both achieve goals, and we are striving for more ! I absolutely love TRX classes as well as kickboxing . And my son Nicholas loves his karate classes . Everyone is super nice , friendly , helpful . They are like one big family ! ❤️

Awesome people with awesome classes. A workout like no other. Great environment for the entire family. My children take karate here, my husband loves savat, and I legit love all the classes. Every instructor here is so incredibly patient. You can't go wrong.
