I have been going to The Training Station since 2012 and I could not be happier with another gym! It's a family owned business that takes your fitness journey seriously. Christina and Terry are extremely motivating and their classes are the most engaging I have ever been to. They have been very flexible with me and really care about their clients. Please try a free class, you'll never find another gym like this!

You won’t find a better place to meet your fitness and training goals. Weather you’re trying to lose a few pounds or get on the mat and compete (or something in between) these guys can help you get there. The owners and instructors are among the best in the world in their disciplines (seriously google them) at the same time they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met

Such a great place to train at. If not for a knee injury I would still be training there with them. Christina and terry are very knowledgeable about their ways of teaching and how effective it is.
