This zoo location needs new, up to date state of the art machines. The current ones are over 10 years old or close to it. I was told they were getting ALL new stuff but instead a few pad changes and new cardio equipment only. It’s very quiet and I love that. Staff is great too! Just would love all new stuff!!!!

This place is the best gym I've been too. I've been to 3, the ymca, which is very stuffy and in a basement. I also went to fitlab which is a mad house, way over populated. This place is hands down the best, the machines are nice, they have plenty of weights, and it's always cleaned spotless .

I am working with Teia a personal trainer through Redwood and absolutely love her! She answers all my questions with a smile on her face and is making it her mission to help me achieve my personal fitness goals. She pushes me hard (which is exactly what I am paying for) and encourages me every step of the way that I CAN DO IT even when I think I can't. Her attitude is always positive and uplifting which makes me look forward to my training sessions with her. I couldn't ask for a better trainer and wouldn't go to anyone else!
