The place is old but it has what you need. I would say drop the price though or invest a little more in better restroom facilities. The people are cool though

I'm a newbie to the gym world and still slightly intimidated. My husband signed us up and have been going for 3 weeks now. We were able to meet with Victor (separate times) and he was just awesome. He was aware of health issues and took the time to show us the machines and answer tons of questions. We go super early and it is always clean. Glad we are members here and can't wait for the new location to open since it is by my work!

Great gym. I'm kind of a loner in the gym, it's not a social place for me, but people are generally very friendly. Dwayne, a trainer there is very nice and always says hello, even if I can't here him with headphones on...
