I may try this out. Little expensive but seems like it's worth it.Just came for the first workout session. Decent equipment but the place was packed and I don't like the hours on the weekends. Opening up at 730am Saturday and Sunday is wild. I didn't realize this when I signed up. That may be a deal breaker for me.

ValleyFitness is the one of the worst fitness experience I have ever deal with... Seems like a scam which drag you in to steal your money..Regret for signing up with this Fitness center while plenty professional and customer service oriented out there..- Signed up for Monthly, Paid First and Last month, was going out of country, went to facility on weekend and told to cancel..- The front rep said it will be taken care, asked if want to pause, we said no, cancel.. Said OK, will take care... No extra to be paid since last month is paid in advance and not in the yearly contract...After 4 months, started getting collection calls that I own balance. Found an email and send to them explaining was there, the situation, out of country etc... They send response stating they can only cancel after paying full - replied to that with details.... However no response to the reply..Thought its been closed...Again after 2 months started getting collection calls to pay MORE, pulled the email and send again... Response was - Account is still active, they WILL NOT cancel the account until fully paid and balance will still increase until fully paid.. They said send evidence of requesting to cancel (The same person i have emailed cancelled 2 months ago)...Now I pulled some of the initial mails and send them again.. That mail aswell stating CANCEL..Now wiating... I will keep their updates posted here, FB, Next Door and Insta...FYI - They are NOT Friendly, Highly money minded, You do what I say or face it type of emails, No support, Sounds angry emails, Threaten collection Calls...They will let you sign a one way contract to join and use that as a BAIT. No one really fully reads the contract at the time of joining, they make you sign and comes back if anything violates that. Please beware before you sign up with the fitness scam... You will not see the sweet people while try to join...

If you're looking for a step you from Planet Purple, then here it is. Some things they don't tell you up front: They don't accept cash. I tried signing up for a day pass and they wouldn't accept cash. I had called first and they could have told me that. Another thing, they want home, address E-mail, full names, social security numbers (just kidding) just for a day pass. What a joke. They want to put everything about you on their system. Front desk people weren't a help at all. Other than that, its a clean gym for a quick workout. Place does get crowded afternoon so maybe they need add more Dumbbells or free weight areas. Just a thought.

Getting collection agency calls because of this Gym..1) Beware if you are giving them auto pay.. 2) When you cancel, double confirm.. I have been with many Gym's, but not seen such a crooked management or ever one person emailing me.Problem - Valley Fitness is charging for a cancelled month to month contract account.. Not been to the gym for over 6 months and they are requesting to pay for the 6 month... They send it to collection agency, threatening that they will not cancel the account and it will accumulate and the cost will increase until the non used 6 month is fully paid...- Sign up date - April 2023- Contract - Month to Month- Paid - April 2023 and May 2023- Cancellation requested in person at the facility - May 2023 (Was going moving out, so Went to Gym on May 2023 and request to cancel - Rep offered $1 to freeze account instead of cancel, stated NO)- June and July - Took money from Auto pay - Unauthorized - ($150 took from auto pay account)- Called credit card company and they cancelled the card.- No Bills or notice received in mails since May 2023..- SEP 2023 -Got a collection agency call- SEP 2023 - Contacted them and Mrs. "X" (From Valley Fitness - Not stating her name now) and stated the account was cancelled already.. She stated it was not officially closed in their system, that's why... Explained the situation and request to CANCEL and close the topic...No response from them after one reply.. Thought its closed..- NOV 2023 - Received calls from collection agency stating fees increased and I need to pay the whole non used 6 months...Contacted Mrs "X" again with records and email trail... Now she showing her power with threat that she will not cancel the account at all and will keep have it keep increased until I pay till now - Which 6-7 month non-used..- Requested her position, Escalation channel, Owner emails - No details provided instead threat..Unsure who is this Mrs "X" of valley fitness, no customer service, problem solving skills to avoid conflicts - instead elevate and make it complicated, show her power, requested her position, escalation channels - no response instead threat and angry emails...

Manager is not great nor does she help with customer issues! They need to have better hours like 24 hrs like any other gym. Needs to be clean better and they been having a roach problem for months now. Also go back to having hand sanitizer people are disgusting. I doubt if they will because I have mentioned things in the past but still no change.

Be careful of thieves. Someone went through my boyfriends locker and took all his cash.

No family plans. Basically for a family of 4 you have to pay 40.00 per member. Seems pretty hefty of a price.
