This place is FRAUD!!!!! They ask you to sign up for 21 day keto program and there is nothing that they do. Once the program completes, you're automatically enrolled in their month-to-month membership. They will never call you to check if you are attending or not! I was charged for past 3 months though I never every used the gym and they never contacted to see why I was not coming! Thats how much they care about their members. And I requested for cancellation on 7th September. They consider the request for 1st October! (Almost 23 days after my request) and charge me for whole of October saying the membership will be canceled only on 31st October!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!!!!

I’m giving a one star ONLY because the cancellation process is HORRIBLE! They keep trying to get me to freeze my account when I’ve mad it abundantly clear I want to cancel due to distance and also pregnancy. And can you BELIEVE they asked for a dr note! I feel this is an invasion of my privacy and medical information and I refuse to give a dr note to a freaking gym. The people at the actual gym are very nice people and the process for working out is rigorous but I liked it however I couldn’t continue due to pregnancy so PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and stop hassling or asking me to freeze my account.
