California Total Fitness (Calfit)

Went today with intent to open a membership for my Husband and brother.They had previously talked to Steven (owner) about pricing. I only heard good things about him. Great guy!Unfortunately, We met HUGO at the front desk and we let him know about Steven’s offer. He became so defensive and very aggressive saying “Steven wouldn't say that” I didn't like how his demeanor changed almost accusing us of lying. I immediately called him out that he didn't have to make us feel some type of way.He didn’t like how he got called out and got even more aggressive. Wow I have no words. It’s just sad how he treated us.Im a business owner myself and Im positive this business will continue to lose clients because HUGO.P.S. we signed one year membership with IN SHAPE today glad we brought our business somewhere else.

Very clean , great variety in workout machines. Decent pricing.

I liked the gym. But was disappointing when trying to cancel my contract. Was told several different numbers when trying to do so. I had to find my contract in order to pay the right amount. Kept trying to charge me more than what was listed in the contract. Very shady

Best gym in manteca for sure. Staff is great and owner takes great care of his gym.

Awesome Gym. Had a real good time working out, great variety of machines. Weights, etc.The dry sauna is lit , the way it should be.Truck parking in the back of the buildingThanks Stephen!Be back when I'm around.

I called tonight to cancel my sons membership at this gym after a small amount of confusion the owner of the gym called and we got thing straightened out no problem. The owner of the this gym is a pretty funny stand up dude, If I ever need a place to work out this will be the first place I go. Jose love you man!

This place is awesome! Great gym to get a great workout! Great staff too! All the amenities you're looking for!

I just moved to Manteca, went in to check it out , met Steve. now I am a member. great atmosphere , Steve , the owner knows how to run a gym , a real gym . great machines , heavy weights even speed bag and heavy bag to train on . I've been going to the gym for 30 plus years and this ranks up with the best of them . Look fwd to many many workitdd here

I've been trying out facilitys in the area for about the last week to find a good fit. Today I called this place as it's the closest to my house and the one I was 99% gonna join. Asked if they offered a day pass to try out the facility and was told day passes are $20!??? Major turn off...Unfortunately I can't speak regarding the facility as im not going to pay $20 to check it out one time... But it seems like a nice large facility with lots of amenities.

Senior Silver Fit through Kaiser Senior Advantage monthly payment. Tread mill, gym equipment, pool, classes. I have a hip replacement and am working on the treadmill so I don't have to use my cane as much. Will try silver fit class soon.
