The Most fun I have ever had while also getting in an incredibly exhilarating full body exercise. And as if that isn't enough, the self defense skills are taught by top level expert athletes well versed in their awsome martial art & or mma. Very patient and willing to help anyone obtain a goal & achieve it most efficiently. Training at this gym has been one of the best investments for my family we have ever made. My kids have not only progressed in jiu jitsu but I’ve seen a very real change in my daughters confidence. Coach JC has always been so patient, friendly, and overall just really great. He’s very knowledgeable with pro fighters, amateur and junior fighters. It’s been an incredible experience and he’s taken our kids to win at comps. If you’re looking for a family friendly environment while still being very engaged and learning lifelong skills this is it.
