Have reached out several times to get info but can’t seem to get anyone to call back. The only response I received a few months ago was via text because they were far too busy with a weekend event. They only gave me pricing- never followed up. I guess our money isn’t good enough.

The yoga instructors are extremely informative and helpful . Regardless of mobility the yoga instructor will work with you. I highly recommend yin after a long day or workout.

I have belonged to Excel since 2009 and love it. Love the family atmosphere it offers. I started Yoga several years ago and found it to be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, I no longer live in California and I miss my CrossFit family and Yoga!!!
