terrible gym dont come here they charge you hidden fees for not reracking weight without warning you even if its 5lbs the goofy lookin asian midget girl worker doesn’t do her job she only sits on the camera waiting for you do make a mistake for $ restrooms smells like piss 24|7 and barley has any machines

Not up to my standards I expected free catering and a personal person to re rack my weights because that’s what someone would expect for 35 a month

They do not read the rules well when signing the contract and they give very high fees for not moving the weights, there is no announcement that they tell us what happens if we forget to return the weights, I personally have told the assistant to put paper in the bathroom, because they do not do it because they are seeing us through the cameras 🎥 personally I feel harassed and stressed, to know that they are watching us and I have often had to return someone else's weights to their place to do my own routine.

The gym has got so many issues,they have rude staff,not welcoming at all,uncleaned bathrooms,no soap,no toilet paper,smells so bad,they charge u unnecessarily just not to re rack,either u open door for somebody even he or she has got membership in same gym,but on top of this they want us to do everything for them..this is so much stress,,Lathrop reali needs a beter gym..

Poor management people working they are very unprofessional and beware the charge you to much money if you leave plates in machine they just see just cameras to watch only what people do be careful they always on camera not on cleaning and beware if you open door for someone else you will get charged I hope owner have to come for something or lose all his Coustmer’s

So many people share their concerns about this place - their fees are exaggerated, about actions that you don’t even know that you have to follow.Poor management, hiding fees, they are watching you it feels harassment on you personal time.

They charge so much . Employee all time watch cameras who do mistake and then they charge to him/her. Employees never wish anyone they are looks rude.. all time focus only charge to people. Lathrop need another gym.

This is a small gym with very poor management. There is an employee physically present only from 10AM-2PM who appear to spend their time on their cell phones. The locker room/bathrooms are tiny and dirty all the time. The men's locker room constantly smells like urine. To make things worse this gym has a policy of not providing toilet seat covers in the men's toilets. When I inquired the employee said "we don't allow seat covers in the men's restrooms because men are messy". Shouldn't that be the reason to provide seat covers? They also have a policy of $25.00 charge for failing to rack weights. They try to nickel & dime you for everything.

Terrible service, I paid for an entire year and they declined my entry because I didn’t re-rack a plate that was there before I even started the workout!?? On a calf machine too for crying out loud. I don’t complain when I gotta take off weights off the bench or the squat or any machine that a prior person forgot or didn’t put back their weights, he’ll it’s a gym. Looks like these people aren’t doing their job in the first place anyways, bathrooms never have toilet paper and are trashed 24/7. Pretty sad in my opinion. Oh yeah they charged me a fee for that weight I didn’t even put on the calf machine in the first place, but that’s not what gets me upset it’s the fact that they denied my entry even though I paid for a year. What a joke that Asian girl literally is the worst employee
