Great gym, with all the equipment you need. But dang do some of the men need to wear deodorant. I've had to end my specific workout and move to a different area due to a certain clientele not taking person hygiene seriously. Not the gyms fault, but wear deodorant people.

Pretty good gym. Gets the job done. With all the new equipment, they're starting to run out of floor space. Would give it 5 stars if the air circulation was better. It gets pretty hot and sometimes humid in there if you're not directly under the fan

Great gym! I really like the newly updated equipment! However, I really wish the gym was either 24 hours or would open a lot sooner for those of us who work early long shifts. Gets really crowded during their peak hours of 3pm-9pm.

Great location and functional equipment. There are many different types of equipment for all types of exercises. Dumbells go up to 100 and hopefully higher soon. Busy during your typical gym times but my favorite in the area.

Best machines, freeweights etc. Very open layout. It's highly irritating they don't have any guest passes or even guest discounts and even more so any discount for paying at a yearly basis. But, there is nowhere else to go that has better equipment. I love that when they took this gym over from fitrepublic they kept it exactly the same. Perfect 👌Updated review. I just had to drop a star....They use to have cleanliness as a higher priority. They had plenty of hand sanitizer to go around which was awesome. They have since removed ALL sanitizers. A bit disgusting when you see men constantly using the restroom and never washing their hands. I'm too disturbed by this because I love this gym and can't stand going anywhere else, and now stuck trying to wipe every single thing down.

I would give them 0 star if I had option I signed up for membership in 2021 but stopped coming to gym for some medical reasons and I went to gym talked to person in front desk that if I can get out of contract for this reason and he told me that I can stop or pause payment my membership gonna get canceled automatically which I did now I'm learning they put the year money to debt collectors. I'm feeling like scamed 😡

A really great place to workout!!!! Careful with your personals Men's locker room was broken in and all lockers were violated even the locked ones like mine. I have suggested to have visible lockers outside the restrooms. They have plenty of space to do so. I hate carrying my bag around the gym and this process is done in many gyms in Sacramento due to theft issues.

3 Stars for a great morning staff. Wifi trash, when it’s a little busy. Bathrooms been down for a few days. I’ll update rating for better wifi. Also so far when I go it gets pack 3pm-9pm good luck finding the machine you were about to use.
