We SHOULD be able to use this McAllen location 24 hours a day. I understand that this was changed after a new owner. I do intend to keep contention on this issue on a national level.. thank you

We are so pleased with the Planet Fitness on 23D St in McAllen, TxYour manager there is top notch (Alfonso Gonzalez). The place is spotless plus he has always greeted us by name from the first day. Very attentive staff.

Update: 3/2023: Gym has undergone a renovation. The appearance has been improved with modern flat TV screens all over in front of the cardio equipment. All equipment is kept properly in working order. The bathrooms are not longer having issues since it was repaired last year. The only negative are that fitness classes have not resumed on this facility since May of last year. Overall, this is a good value when compared with other gyms around with a very affordable membership due. I am increasing the rating to 4.5 stars.7/2021: The equipment here has nothing to envy to other gyms I have been throughout my life. The 30 minute circuit is awesome, so is the PF 360 area. Membership levels are very affordable - something someone like me on a fixed income can appreciate. Highly recommended place.

Why ? Why?before everything was very good, I really miss exercising after midnight on weekends, it is my best schedule after 12 AM, since there is more free equipment, I hope they fix that and that they put the 24 hour schedule again every days, I don't want to change gym😖

Went Wednesday evening for the first time, after 9p thinking there would be less of a crowd. I used the treadmill and some machines. Most of it was good. Did run into having to wait for machines because some were occupied by people who were just socializing, and not actually working out. Wish that was monitored more.Well see how my next visits go.

This planet fitness was like so many others - a lot of equipment, reasonable amount of space, no pressure from anyone, and a nice pleasant environment to get however much of a workout you're in the mood for. The bathrooms and dressing areas will well equipped and kept very clean life and something I'm sure everyone appreciates. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and polite. They get a solid thumbs up.

Fun to work out on all the different machines and have a good time communicating with members.

Excellent fitness environment from the staff and machines. Super helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
