I love to workout at this location because it's more spacious and more machines to workout on and also they have a basketball court and I like to shoot around. The trainer Victoria isreally good at what she does as a personal trainer because she has the passion and patience for people that want to get healthy. She is a awesome person I definitely recommend her as a personal trainer because she will make a difference in ur healthy lifestyle.

Good place to workout. Most of the employees/trainers are really into fitness themselves and it shows in the culture. The members range from novice to veteran, you’ll likely fit in just fine no matter where you are in your lifting.

The gym is awesome, always clean, and hardly ever has faulty equipment. The trainers there are incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and flexible with the training sessions. Special shout-out to Michael Silguero for the help and guidance he’s given me to help me reach my fitness goal! Love the gym and its staff!

People that are saying there is never any wait time for equipment are being dishonest. Although this gym is very spacious, this is of no use to you if your main goal is to lift weights and body build. The primary weight training area was designed very small when it should be at least twice the size that it currently is. Because of its small size, it's always overcrowded in that area NO MATTER THE HOUR YOU GO TO THIS GYM. The free weights are limited and are not organized properly so people there hijack them. Other smaller gyms in the RGV have a larger free weight section, and there is no excuse as to why this gym shouldn't have one either. Also, there are only two cable sections while other gyms have three. Given the space of this gym, another cable section should be added since that area is usually crowded as well.EDIT 05/06/2023: See attached photo. This is what the free weight rack ALWAYS looks like, particularly during peek hours. If you want to work out at a gym that's always short of free weights because other members hijack them to themselves so no one else will use them due to the low availability, this gym is for you. This gym has been open for almost two years now and has not expanded their free weight rack. The size of this gym means nothing if your goal is to body build.

My personal trainer Lorena is excellent. I’ve been training with her for about 6 months. She is always on time and has great communication. The training sessions are planned in advance and she is attentive while training so you don’t get hurt.
