Awesome personal great service havent had the pleasure of going personally due to work out of state had a serious problem going on in the other true fit in Trenton they were doing fraud by charging my account that had been cancelled for a personal trainer but the people from that gym didn’t even remove the account just left it charging even though a written paper was sign at the moment of the cancellation but thanks to KAT ESQUIVEL AND SCYNTHIA ADAME that went above their job duty to help me solve my problem even though it’s wasn’t there gym doing wrong they went out of their way to help a loyal customer how it should be!!!!!!! Wish there were more people like them PROFESSIONALS AND RESPECTFULL all my family is switching to the one on 10th 💯

Nice gym, but their employees who don't care about their job or keeping the gym clean and sanitize. They are just standing around, looking around and playing around .. I told them 3 out of 4 stations were out of wipes, and their response ok... good thing, there is another gym nearby..Update I did have management reach out right away and told me they are looking into it and making changes. They also said they have been having problems with new sanitized stations .I will stop by another time, give it a 2nd chance.

Great spot to get a good workout in without getting over crowded even during busy hours. They also have two different saunas to choose from. Friendly staff with good vibes all around

Devoted heartbroken member never got the helped he needed.I signed up this summer for PT $95 every two weeks. I had a great time while training. Unfortunately on August I had to go back to school, So I asked my trainer if he could cancel my membership. Trainer said he could cancel it due to relocation I just need to send him proof. I sent it to him and he said he would take care of it. I trusted him when I never should’ve. I went off to school and I have not been able to comeback in 4 months. For the past 4 months I have still been getting charged $95 every two weeks plus the $35 a month. As a college student I have been struggling as it is let alone having money taken away from me while I can’t even use the gym because I’m not in the area. I believe the trainers behavior should not be tolerated and I need to get this resolved now!

Haley is the best person I’ve ever met. Customer service 10/10. From a person who works in HR career I would say Haley is ready for the next promotion. Made my whole weekend.
