Trey Cantu is someone that cares about the people he’s working with. I came to him about some concerns about my struggle to gain weight, its something that has been affecting me mentally and he took the time to break down everything I was doing as far as diet, actively levels and helped formed a nutrition plan for me and a workout plan for me. He formulated all this literally within a couple days. Trey is a real one!

Trey the go to trainer, badass work-outs day in day out. Even created my own personalized meal plan, an lost 25plbs. In less than 6 months. Best trainer out there.
