Poor operation, poor management, misleading, ZERO communication. Zero effort from administrators. I’ve been waiting since January for a response about a refund. Just a small refund. I’ve been patient, how difficult could that be?I signed up for a trial period, they assured me I wouldn’t be charged if I cancelled before the deadline. I canceled before the deadline, and they still charged!

Had the worst experience with 2 of the front desk ladies. First time here from out of town and never met anyone rude on how the process actually works. It should let me give 0 stars out of 5. Also, how do you not have a lock to out backpack and gym stuff since it's not allow3d in the floor? And they don't cover if things get stolen. Red flags..wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

Wow!!!! The most amazing gym in the valley! I’m extremely pleased with my team - Priscilla - Donovan - Andrew - JessicaAwesome personable, attentative to my needs, very knowledgeable, patient, and just all around exceptional.The trainers, fitness manager, and general manager are fantastic!!!Excercises, weights, team training classes are definitely worth every penny.Highly recommended

The gym is okay and the equipment is basic and clean, but had endless issues with the billing department racking up extra charges and random charges. then contact the billing department where they make up charges and are definitely rude. I would go ahead and give this gym just a 3 but the fact that the issues of extra random charges occur every month is what definitely gives it a 2. I would recommend to stay away

Love this gym they literally have everything you could ever ask for in a gym! As soon as i found out they had a daycare I was SOLD! The lovely ladies who work in the daycare are a dream, my son loves going and playing while I have time for myself. I can work out & have peace of mind that my 3yr is being well taken care of in a friendly, safe & clean environment! If you’re a momma in search for a gym that has it all look no further TruFit is the one. Thank me later(:

Jessica and Maria made my first workout of the year one to remember!! True Power is challenging, but they offer great demonstrations, sincere encouragement, and energetic motivation. They're watching you, joining in, on the different stations, and approving of modifications. GREAT CLASS!

I have been looking to join a gym, and have visited about 4 so far. This location by far seems to be the cleanest with the nicest staff. I also noticed that the floor area was spacious and free of debris (gym has water bottle …). and weights n the floor. I think I have made my choice.

Another typical Saturday at TruFit Athletic club. Weekends are a hit-and-miss. Sometimes the employee(s) just fail to show up to work… I’ve never been to a gym that had this problem.Waiting 40 mins past 7AM and still not open…

If you are looking to get a workout done and have children I recommend this gym . The gym daycare staff is amazing they ensure your children are safe and able to play or watch a movie. My son loves to go! The young ladies are awesome!!

The facility is not new so even the installations have some issues regarding to the age of the building, the staff most of the times try to find out a solution for it., specially Donovan. Donovan always is willing to help us out as much as he can. Other than this the prices are affordable, the group classes are amazing and has a lot of equipment to work out…
