I’ve been at FCF for over a year and have loved it! Great strength training sets that I never would have attempted on my own. Love that they prioritize stretching and modality. Very well rounded workouts that have certainly made a difference for me!

The trainers learn your limitations and setup workouts to maximize time with what you can do instead of what you can't. You can't go wrong by picking Full Circle Fitness for your fitness needs.Edit: I drive about 20 to 30 minutes just to workout here with John. I know I probably passed at least 3 gyms... But that's how much I trust John and enjoy his training.

Fantastic gym for all individuals. At 2 months now and loving it. Perfect mix of strength, hiit, cardio. Enjoy doing the major barbell lifts but also the auxiliary lifts with dumbbells or Trx bands. If you’re burnt out on orange theory, F45, or other formats, this is your gym. Not a “CrossFit” gym. Pulls the best things from it with none of the negatives. Small community culture and great other gym members. Also flexible payment plans that fit any budget. John is owner/coach, super friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Highly recommend!
