Gym needs to install fans, upgrade AC and upgrade insulation. I was a member of the gym across the street and it was never hot in there but I wanted a pool, this is Texas, you need to have proper cooling. Always very hot in that and uncomfortable. ***Alert***Be careful with this guys, I just realized I am paying for someone else for more than a year. I didn’t authorize anything, my mistake was didn’t check my credit card statement often. Now they don’t want to give me the money back.

Fairly new equipments. Decent size ball court, only there to play ball and hit the sauna. The locker and the shower area needs a little TLC. That’s it.

Manager thinks a little too highly about himself. Dirty gym and when we get there, a crowd of people yelling and arguing looked like a fight was about to happen. Doesn’t seem safe. 👎 …

Started going last week. The place is big... 1 floor for cardio and 1 floor for weights. There are racket ball courts, a basketball gym, swimming pool, and sauna. The locker rooms are set apart (male vs. female) but not shut apart except for the toilets and showes. It looks ok from the exterior view, but I would say it's old and grumy. I've been going to use the gym. It's really old and has rust stains. The sauna makes the pool area humid and warm. The pool smells like heavy chlorine.For me, it's a "fit person only" type of gym. Walking through after my swim makes me very uncomfortable. I wouldn't shower there. The only reason I've been going is bc it's the closest to my work. I'll try to post pics soon time.

My issues aren’t with the gym but of the staff. A year ago I was interested in joining but continued to get call after call after call about joining which turned me off. Then I tried again and called to get some information and spoke with a guy named Alex, I wanted to know something specific but instead got him saying he “thinks” but did t offer to go find out 100%, and then to hang up he just says “yea” and hangs up. Then when I went to the place to get my answer, not one single employee greeted me and I actually had to go find someone who wasn’t even a sales staff who finally hooked me up with a guy named Donovan who seemed extremely unprofessional and knew more about the vending machines then anything else. Needless to say I don’t see myself at this gym.

This place is really well maintained. I am visiting from out of state, and contacted Antoni Jackson. He worked in granting me a pass for the days visiting the area. The staff was great! The machines are clean and well kept. The bathrooms are super clean as well. I rather drive the 20 mins than go to any of the other gyms in the area.

It's cool, but they need to clean the woman's restrooms better, and get rid of the nats around the showering area near the jacuzzi.

While I don’t have a problem with the gym itself, our experience was awful. Upon signing up we were told a specific amount and what all was included, however after paying and showing up for the first time we learned that was all incorrect. We were told that it would be fixed and then the next thing we knew the entire accounts team quit and walked out. Another manager at a different location did his best to help us, but we ultimately decided to go to a different gym. I would like to say the staff that ran the kids club were amazing and the gym was clean, but it was not ran well and felt that we would most likely continue to have billing issues due to the lack of knowledgeable staff which is why we decided to cancel.
