I'm grateful that I found this place. The owner, Sam, is very welcoming and supportive of your journey. The trainers (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!) really care about making sure you get a great workout every day. They teach you if you are not doing an obstacle correctly, in a non judgmental manner, which is a big plus. This place is definitely the place to come if you want to just work out or do a 6 week boot camp. I can't say enough positive things about this place! Special shout out to Kevin for being there every morning helping us new people, with a smile!

Started the 6 week challenge last week and it has been amazing. The group class are great and are definitely worth every penny im spending. The staff and other gym members are all great. I 100% recommend this gym and program to anyone.

This was the best decision I have ever made! I joined this gym because I needed something to help me lose weight. My way wasn’t working! I gained an amazing program and I am almost at 40lbs lost in 12 weeks. I have gained strength, mobility and flexibility. I have met a positive group of members just like me! The trainers know what works and helped me reach goals. I started the program barely able to do a jumping jack. I can now do box jumps like a boss! They provided me with nutrition information and continued support. I have felt the most support ever. I highly recommend this place because my quality of life is 100 times better than last year. I am running my first mud run in May because of The Camp.
