Quirky, but addictive. Came in on a whim, that was 117 hours of classes ago. Friendly, clean, welcoming.

OTF is the BEST HIIT workout I have ever done. I have lost 40 lbs and have kept it off and am in the best shape of my life!

Love orangetheory so much. I joined in 2019 and started at 2 classes a week, before that I wasn’t really doing any type of exercise. Now I pretty much go everyday and sometimes do 2 classes a day. Otf is my happy place. If you’ve been thinking about joining, you should, you won’t regret it 🧡 …

Great workout! It hits all the areas you want in fitness. From strength training, cardio to endurance. The instructors are fun, the energy is high, and they make it easy to participate and get it done!

Great crew of coaches and staff. Always there for me when I have questions and have accommodated my special needs (and helped me overcome them). The community the people have created at this gym is second to none. We root each other on and challenge each other to get better in fun and productive ways. This gym has changed my life.

Orangetheory Fitness is always a fresh and exciting workout that can be tailored to how you feel on that day. Don't feel like pushing it today? Great, walk on the tread, row at base and take modifications on the floor. Feel like pushing yourself to the next level -- go all out. It's a clean, safe, fun and supportive environment to work out. If you want it to be more than just a workout space, there are plenty of challenges, specialty workouts, member appreciation days and socials throughout the year where you can meet new people and make new friends. The coaches are kind and approachable. They know when to push you and when to just guide and play good tunes. Love that place.

I tell everyone about OTF. I enjoy the group fitness aspect and not having to think of workout routines. I push myself harder when I’m in a group setting.

Doing OrangeTheory has made a positive difference in my mental and physical health. Most of the coaches are fantastic - they pay attention to good form, make sure people are feeling ok, and keep things moving on time. My favorite coach is Sophia because she gives her classes TLC and is very patient with newcomers. Fellow classmates have been very welcoming and motivating and it’s fun to work hard together! Oh and the music is usually good (except for the occasional MJ - ick - and Squid Game theme song in techno format) but not as fun and curated as a SoulCycle class playlist.I had an issue with the mobile app and submitted the issue to OT Technical Support, who responded immediately. They actually deployed a bug fix right away so I could happily book classes on my phone!I only have two complaints, hence the 4 star rating. My allergies always act up after class. There is sometimes a layer of dust on the equipment, especially in the treadmill fan vents 😅 it’s expected with so many people coming in and out of class so lots of human skin flakes floating around but still, my eyes get red and itchy and I use the computer for work so it’s uncomfortable. My second complaint is the rower machines. I hate securing a spot on a particular rower only to find that the tablet that tracks my performance is not there because it is charging, or the thing that turns on the rower isn’t working. Maybe the staff can check all the rowing machines before class starts and mark off which ones aren’t working so that people don’t occupy a malfunctioning machine. This has happened a number of times which has made me very unhappy at 5am. I’m paying $170 a month for unlimited classes so I expect better, especially coming from UrbanFit which is $50/month, family-run with amazing, impeccably clean equipment and the staff are literally always on the floor dusting and vaccuuming.I plan on continuing my OT journey since it’s the best option now that COVID has destroyed all spin studios in the area and the Ashland YMCA is too far away.

I would absolutely give zero stars if I could. The gym is mediocre at best, but incredibly overpriced. $169 a month for use of a treadmill, rower, and weights. It's a joke. Any gym has those things. The coaches are all fine, no issues there. The issue is how overpriced it is. They will also continue to charge you for months beyond your cancellation. Don't recommend to anyone!

OTF is well designed, science based workouts that I don’t have to create myself. I can walk in and not have to think about what to do each day. It is like having a personal trainer that is a lot less expensive and the benefits of a supportive community of like minded people. I am motivated to see other members, the coaches and because I book my classes ahead of time, I rarely miss a class session because it holds me accountable.
