It’s been a few weeks now since using this facility and I have definitely felt judged upon entering and leaving. Rarely does anyone greet me or say farewell. I usually will go out of my way to say hi and good night. Today, front desk staff (lady in glasses with brown hair) didn’t give a proper greeting or farewell. Maybe she’s having a bad day, which is understandable but if you’re in any customer service position, you gotta have the common courtesy to greet your members. For a place that’s supposed to be judgement free - it doesn’t live up to its values.

This gym has a good vibe, good people, decent hours, just wish there were more "free" weights.

It is a great gym. Friendly staff and a good variety of equipment to use. The best membership is the black card you get a variety of perks plus you can bring a friend. Just love this place.

When I was working out the manager came up to me and said that someone had complained about me " staring" at them and they were uncomfortable.I said to him are you serious?He replied yes and gave me the rundown.I was not "staring" at no one and there are cameras all over the place that would show if I did.So with no proof was put in a position of defending myself on someone else's word.These Gen Zer's suffer from social anxiety and social isolation.I am a 70 year old man recovering from open heart surgery and prostate cancer surgery 9 and 6 months ago and I don't need this in my life.Goodbye...off to Superior where I was before the pandemic.

I'm homeless living out of my car and needed some were to shower Andrew and Ashley have been such a blessing very nice helpful people 🙏😊 love getting to shower quickly and get out about my day thanks planet fitness for such a nice place …
