This is an amazing environment for positive mental and physical growth. The owners are welcoming, appropriate, and fun. The training partners and staff do their best to maintain a safe, comfortable business where you can be challenged while harnessing a positive mental attitude. They just got a killer striking class in there, kickboxing with Tommy is awesome. I love the ability to do BJJ and MMA.

Amazing coaches, very knowledgeable and helpful. The kickboxing class is a a great workout if that is what you’re after or if you’re building your ring skills. All around awesome gym!

One of my favorite places to be! Staff are amazing who will work with you at any level so you can be the best you! Everybody I met was extremely kind and courteous! I have absolutely nothing negative to say, I will be back when I visit town!

This is an excellent facility. Designed for someone serious in the art as well as someone just starting out. Awesome layout, sparkly clean, incredible instructors and understated but more than functional little things that make the big picture the best facility in town such as some of the tech integration and of course the bar.

This is, by far, the best Jiu Jitsu academy in Southern Oregon. The staff is friendly and the training partners are there to help people learn. I recommend this place for anyone.
