Have everything you need in there but not a single piece of equipment is nailed down so it’s constantly crooked messing up your form and growth of muscle so if you’d like un even muscle growth that’s the place to go! But nah seriously spend your money somewhere else they don’t care for your safety or your goals jus the money they get every month.

I enjoy that it's open 24/7. You can only enter with a key fob. And there's quite a few machines for such a small building and free weights
