Been waiting for a gym like this to open up here in Medford , atmosphere was great , tons of amazing equipment and cardio area upstairs. Definitely recommend!

The staff is amazing and willing to help whenever you need it, no extra charge. The equipment is top of the line and you can not beat the atmosphere of this place. Best place in town for a work out!!

I visit the Medford area frequently and have been on the hunt for a great gym. This is the spot! Staff is super friendly and personable. The best gym I’ve ever been to. I’m visiting from CA and needed a gym to work out at. After driving around for 20 min trying to find a gym that was open and would let me get a day pass. This gym popped up on my google maps. All the equipment was great, service was great.
