Terrific gym with friendly staff and a load of equipment. We visit Cocoa Beach once or twice a year and they always make it super easy for us to get a pass for a couple of weeks and enjoy the gym.

Excellent facilities, great equipment. I'm 76, had lobectamy 5 months ago and was just sitting around getting older and fatter. My insurance offers silver sneakers so decided to try. Been going for a month now and seeing good results. What's really nice is while I'm not in the condition to do a great deal of streneous excersizes no one makes any jokes about it, everyone is very friendly and non judgemental. Great atmosphere.
